The "Pit Bull" Co-op is looking to expand. We are seeing a growing interest in creating new chapters to the Co-op in London and Mississauga, Ontario. We are in the process of assigning location leaders and would like your imput. We have held weekly walks in downtown Toronto for almost two years and we hold "special walks" every six weeks or so in the afternoon - these walks are to accomodate the peeps and pups who travel a long distance to take part. We will be participating in the Official Pit Bull Awareness day on October 20th (and every October 20th!) and would love to have lots of "newbies"! All responsible owners of bullies are most welcome and if you dont have a bullie but you have a LOVE for Them... please join us for a walk, we would Love to have you (with or without a dog), all breeds are welcome! We have a very charming "regular" beagle! The ladies love him.

The Co-op recognizes the difficulty in arranging meetings for large groups of people and dogs, however, smaller groups can meet more often - maintain networking, allowing for all the dogs and people to meet one another, and when we do come together for a large dog walk or protest march, all of our dogs will be more comfortable with one another.
